We collect the details on the registration form only to organize the event: to confirm your registration, book your activity places, print your participant cards, contact you or your emergency contact, and plan food and accommodation.

Your photograph is printed on your ID card and shown to event staff at check-in. It is not published. If you gave media consent, photographs and video taken during the event may be used for event documentation and publicity.

Your information is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized event staff. It is not sold or shared with third parties. To see, correct or delete your information, contact the organizers.
